摘　　要：p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38 mitogen activated protein kinase,p38MAPK)信号通路是细胞内主要的信息传递途径之一,它通过转录因子磷酸化而改变基因的表达水平,参与多种胞内信息传递过程,能对广泛的细胞外刺激发生反应,在炎症、细胞应激、凋亡、细胞周期和生长等生理和病理过程中起着重要作用。近年研究发现,p38MAPK在多种心肌损伤中均起重要作用,通过阻断和调控p38MAPK的表达和活性,防治不同原因诱发的心肌损伤,具有重大的临床意义。本文拟将p38MAPK与各种心肌损伤关系的研究进展做一综述。p38 Mitogen-activated protein kinase （p38MAPK） signal pathway is one of the main information delivery channels in the cells. It can change the level of gene expression through phosphorylation of transcription factor and is involved in intracellular information transfer. It can respond to wide extracellular stimulus and play pivotal roles in various physiological and pathological events, such as inflammation, cell stress, apoptosis, cell cycle and growth. The recent studies show that p38MAPK signal pathway plays an important role in different kinds of myocardial damage. It provides a new therapeutic way for the prevention and treatment of myocardial damage, which is of great clinical significance. Now the advances in the research of correlations between p38MAPK and myocardial damage are summarized below.
