摘 要:用扫描电镜观察了SPHC热轧带钢头部氧化铁皮缺陷的微观形貌,对现场生产数据进行统计分析,分析了带钢头部氧化铁皮缺陷形成主要原因,并提出优化加热炉烧钢工艺、控制中间坯温度、优化除鳞工艺等控制措施。结果表明,头部氧化铁皮缺陷与轧制温度密切相关,中间坯头部温度过高是形成头部氧化铁皮缺陷的主要成因。Micro-morphology of defects of oxide scale at head of SPHC steel hot rolled strip was observed by SEM. The on-site data was dealed by statistical analysis. The main causes forming defect of oxide scale at strip head were analyzed, and the control measures such as optimizing heating process of heating fur- nace, controlling the temperature of intermediate slab and optimization of descaling process etc. were also put forward. Results showed that defect of oxide scale at strip head was closely related to the hot temperature.
