摘　　要：针对某矿换绳方法,该文运用故障类型和影响分析的安全分析方法对副罐和主罐进行了安全分析。通过一些理论公式,检验副罐笼是否需要配重,检验摩擦衬垫的比压是否在制造厂供应的衬垫允许比压范围内,以及验证钢丝绳是否在衬垫上滑动。For a mine rope changing methods,In this paper, the safety analysis methods of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis carried out vice-cage and main cage. Through a number of theoretical formula, examining vice-cage of the need for weight, examining the pressure of the friction pad whether within the line of allowing in the supply pressure of the factory, and verify whether the rope slide in the pad.
