摘  要:为了研究仙人掌提取物对南丹瑶鸡免疫器官组织形态学的影响,试验选取1600只1日龄南丹瑶鸡为试验动物进行饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为2组,每组2个重复。在饲养过程中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮;试验组饲喂基础饲粮+仙人掌提取物。在49日龄时,每个重复组随机抽样30只解剖并进行T、B淋巴细胞检查。结果表明:试验组的脾脏重和法氏囊重均高于对照组(P〈0.05);试验组免疫器官中的T和B淋巴细胞相对数量均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:仙人掌提取物具有显著促进南丹瑶鸡的免疫器官发育,明显增加免疫器官中T和B淋巴细胞相对数的作用。The feeding test was conducted to evaluate mune organs and technology in Nandan Yao chicken. 1600 the effect of pine needle PE on im- Nandan Yao chickens were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group had 2 repeats. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets added pine needle PE for 49 days. The results showed that test group was significant difference in comparing spleen and bursal weight ( P 〈 0.05 ), The numbers of T - lymphocytes and B - lymphocytes were much better than control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The conclusion of the study was that pine needle PE can effectively improve immune func- tion of immune organs.
