摘　　要：转化生长因子家族在细胞生长、凋亡、分化,细胞外基质的产生、血管生成、器官发育和肿瘤发生、发展、转移等过程中均发挥重要调控作用。本文对转化生长因子家族可能的神经保护功能及作用机制作一综述。Transforming growth factor-βs play an important role in the growth,apotosis and differentiation of the cells,generation of the extracellular matrix,angiogenesis,organ development,and the tumorigenesis,progression and metastasis of tumor.This paper summarizes the possible nerve protecting function and mechanism of tranforming growth factor-βs.
