摘　　要：脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白是近年发现对人体脂类和葡萄糖代谢及胰岛素抵抗形成起重要调节作用的蛋白,是2型糖尿病发生、发展的独立危险因素。本文就脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白与糖尿病及糖尿病并发症关系的研究进展作一综述。Adipocyte fatty acid binding protein is recently discovered and plays an important role in regulating the formation of protein on lipid and glucose metabolism and insulin resistance.It is considered to be an independent risk factor of the development and progression of type 2diabetes mellitus.This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship of adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein with diabetes and diabetic complications.
