摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导穿刺活检对宫颈癌盆腔淋巴结的定性诊断价值。方法随机选取经超声检查存在闭孔或髂内淋巴结增大宫颈癌患者15例,每例患者选择一侧一枚增大淋巴结作为穿刺目标,在经阴道超声引导下进行穿刺获取淋巴组织,送组织病理检查。结果 14例获取淋巴结组织,穿刺成功率93.3%(14/15),1例无组织取出;穿刺过程中及穿刺后未出现出血或周围组织损伤并发症;13例组织病理检查可见癌组织,1例为炎症性改变。结论经阴道超声引导穿刺活检可对宫颈癌盆腔淋巴结进行定性诊断,具有较高成功率、可操作性和安全性。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound-guided needle biopsy to the qualitative diagnosis of cervical cancer and pelvic lymph node.Methods Fifteen cervical carcinoma patients with obturator or internal iliac lymph node enlargement received transvaginal ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy.Results The lymph node tissue was acquired in 14 patients,with the success rate of puncture of 93.3%（14/15）,and not acquired in one patient.During and after puncture,no bleeding or complications occurred.Cancer tissue was found in 13 patients and inflammatory change was found in one patient.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound-guided needle biopsy can make a qualitative diagnosis for pelvic lymph nodes in patients with cervical cancer,with high success rate,feasibility and security.
