摘 要:目的了解慢性乙型肝炎(乙肝)患者对健康教育知识的需求,为采取针对性护理干预提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的慢性乙肝相关健康教育需求问卷,对2011年7月-12月选取的70例临床住院慢性乙肝患者进行问卷调查,并研究文化层次、年龄、病程与健康教育需求之间的关系。结果不同文化层次、年龄、病程阶段的患者对健康教育需求各不相同(P<0.01),学历、年龄、病程与健康教育需求之间具有相关性。结论在临床工作中,应根据患者不同年龄、学历、病程开展多方位自主化连续化健康教育。Objective To investigate the needs for health education in chronic hepatitis B patients, in order to provide a theoretical basis for taking pertinent nursing intervention. Methods Between July and December 2011, self- made questionnaires on the needs for health education were used to investigate 70 in-patients with chronic hepatitis B. Meanwhile, factors associated with the needs of health education such as age, education, and the course of the disease were also analyzed. Results The differences in the needs of health education were statistically significant among patients with different cultures, ages, and courses of disease (P 〈 0.01). The needs of health education were correlated with culture, age and courses of disease. Conclusions There are some deficiencies in the health education for chronic hepatitis B patients. In clinical practice, health education should be multidimensional and continuous based on the age, education degree and the course of the disease.
