广西梧州地区变应性鼻炎患者的吸入性变应原分布特点

摘　　要：目的通过对梧州地区变应性鼻炎患者进行吸入性变应原检测及分析,筛查出该地区常见的吸入性变应原,为防治变应性鼻炎提供统计学依据。方法对2010年11月至2013年5月我院收治的2 800例疑似变应性鼻炎患者行皮肤点刺试验,查找变应原。结果受试患者中2 221例(79.32%)变应原呈阳性反应,吸入性变应原阳性率前3位依次为粉尘螨2 040例(91.85%)、户尘螨1 960例(88.25%)、蟑螂1 056例(47.55%)。结论在梧州地区导致变应性鼻炎的吸入性变应原中屋尘螨、粉尘螨占据主要地位,应作为梧州地区的重点变应原开展变应性鼻炎的防治工作。Objective To investigate the inhaled allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis in Wuzhou city.Methods A total of 2 800 patients enrolled in November 2010 to May 2013 in our hospital with suspected allergic rhinitis under-went skin prick tests.Results A total of 2 221（79.32%）patients presented positive reaction.Among the positive ca-ses in inhalation group,the most common allergen was flour mites（91.85%）,then was house dust mite（88.25%）and Blattodea（47.55%）.Conclusion Flour mite and house dust are the most common allergens in Wuzhou city.
