摘  要:热力系统和化工企业的污染物排放对环境造成了较严重的损害,在这些企业的生产成本中加入环境成本是合理而且必要的。考虑到电厂排放的CO2、SO2等大气污染物所产生的环境成本,对某水电联产机组进行了经济学成本分析。对电厂的汽水循环部分做了较为详细的组元划分,使用燃料-产品模型和成本平衡方程量化了能源和环境成本在整个系统中的分布。最终计算出各个组元的产品成本中除了必需的能量成本外,还包含了其所需要承担的环境成本,将环境成本进行了合理的内部化。The pollutants of thermal system and chemical enterprises caused serious damage to the environment ,so it’ s reasonable and necessary to add the environmental cost in the production cost of these enterprises .The information provided by the conventional thermodynamic methods to evaluate the production performance of the system and devices has proved to be insufficient,which only consider the thermal performance evaluation of the system ,while neglect the cost factors .In this paper, the exergetic cost analysis for a dual-purpose power and desalination plant was generated , considering the environmental cost.We made detailed division for the water-steam cycle,quantified the interaction of the energy resource and environmental costs in the system based on the Fuel-Product concept and cost equations .The results of the calculation contain both the energy costs and environmental costs for every component , which obtain the environmental cost internalization .
