摘 要:对内蒙古某煤化工企业废水处理系统生化段二沉池出水进行混凝沉淀试验研究,通过选择具有针对性的药剂来强化混凝沉淀的处理效果。结果表明,当煤化工废水专用混凝剂(M180-3A配合M180-3B)和脱色剂T6组合使用时,能同时达到去除废水中CODCr和色度的目的。M180-3A和M180-3B的投加量均为300 mg/L,脱色剂T6的投加量为100 mg/L时,出水CODCr的质量浓度为77 mg/L,色度为40倍,满足HG/T 3923—2007《循环冷却水用再生水水质标准》的要求。An experimental study on the coagulation-sedimentation of effluent water from secondary sedimentation tank of biochemical unit in wastewater treatment system of a coal chemical enterprise in Inner Mongolia was carried out, and the specific drug was selected to enhance the coagulation-sedimentation effect. The results showed that, using the coal chemical wastewater dedicated coagulant M180-3A and M180-3B together with decolorizing agent T6 to treat coal gasification wastewater, the CODCrand chroma could be removed simultaneously. When the dosage of M180-3A and M180-3B were both 300 mg/L, the dosage of decolorizing agent T6 was100 mg/L, the mass concentration of CODCrin the effluent water was 77 mg/L, the chroma was 40 times, which indicated that, the effluent water quality met the specification of HG/T 3923—2007 Reusing Wastewater Quality Standard for Industrial Circulating Cooling Water.
