剑角蝗科3种蝗虫前胃及贲门内壁观察研究

摘　　要：利用生理解剖和扫描电镜技术对剑角蝗科3种蝗虫的前胃和贲门内壁进行了比较研究。结果表明:3个属的前胃内壁纵行脊都比较光滑,但绿洲蝗属与迷蝗属纵行脊上齿的大小比鸣蝗属更为接近;绿洲蝗属与迷蝗属贲门内壁上齿尖角度更接近。说明前胃及贲门的显微结构在同科不同属间存在差异,可作为属间种类鉴定的依据。This study aimed at exploring the proventriculus and gastric cardia from three grasshoppers in Ac-rididae by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that smooth longitudinal exist on the inner wall of proventriculus. The teeth size of Chrysochraon Fisch is close to that of Confusacris Yin. Meanwhile, also the angle of the tip of teeth in Chrysochraon Fisch is close to that of Confusacris Yin. Ultrastructure of proventriculus and gastric cardia varied among different genus in Acrididae,which could be used as a character could distinguish species at a genera level.
