摘　　要：目的探索建立城市中心医院与社区卫生服务机构肿瘤的双向转诊模式,以利于医疗资源的合理使用和医疗费用的降低。方法对内江市第二人民医院社区卫生服务中心辐射区域进行实地调研,初步掌握人群、家庭等肿瘤防治的特征,研究建立一套完善的医院-社区肿瘤防治的双向转诊机制。结果通过双向转诊机制的建立,可以提高对社区常见恶性肿瘤的预防、治疗、转诊和社区康复的处理能力。结论建立地区级医院肿瘤科和社区卫生服务机构之间肿瘤防治双向转诊机制具有一定的可行性。OBJECTIVE Exploration of tumour of center of building urban hospitals and community health service institutions of two-way referral patterns, to facilitate the rational use of medical resources and reduce the cost of health care. METHODS On-the-spot investigation to the radiation area of the community health service center, grasp the characteristics of tumor preven- tion, research to establish a set of perfect hospital community prevention and cure of tumor of two-way referral system. RESULTS Through the establishment of the two-way referral system, it could improve the capacity of the community prevention, treatment, re- ferral and rehabilitation treatment with malignant tumor. CONCLUSION Establish a two-way referral mechanism between hospital and community health service institutions had certain feasibility.
