摘　　要：通过回顾性调查,分析建档时和终期评估资料,总结吴江区慢性丝虫病患者社区关怀照料管理办法,并对照料效果进行评价。应用中药泡脚、单味中药洗脚及清水清洗等综合方法照料后,流火发作率减少,照料前后比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.34,P=0.0067),病情中度、重度的病人比例较少,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.73,P=0.0002)。该照料方法简单使用,便于操作,能够提高病人自我照料的依从性,值得进一步推广应用。To summarize the management methods of community care for chronic filariasis patients in Wujiang District, and evaluate the efficacy of the care. Comparative analysis of retrospective investigation and final evaluation data. Taken care by comprehensive care methods including soaking feet by TCM, washing feet by single Chinese medicine, or clear water, the patients＇ fire attack rate re- duced. There was significant difference statistically significant（X^2=7.34, P=0.0067）. The proportion of moderate and severe was low, and the differences were statistically significant（Z=-3.73, P=0.0002）. The care method was simple, and easy to operate was worthy of further popularization and application.
