摘　　要：目的 通过分析艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）人群的现状和行为信息,为艾滋病防控提供科学依据.方法 对2013年到安阳市疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测者的调查结果和检测结果进行分析.结果 720名求询者中,主要是20 ～ 49岁青壮年,占78.25％;危险性行为为主要求询原因,占77.50％.检出HIV抗体阳性10人,检出率为1.39％,均有高危性行为史,其中男男性行为感染者有7人,占70.00％.结论 安阳地区艾滋病传播以性传播为主.VCT工作是本地早期发现艾滋病感染者的一个主要方法,青壮年及男男性行为者是感染HIV的高危人群,应加大对此类人群的干预力度,减少HIV传播.OBJECTIVE Through the analysis of the status quo of AIDS voluntary counseling testing（VCT） population and behavior infor- mation, provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control. METHODS In 2013, VCT clinic from Anyang City Centers for Dis- ease Control and Prevention, accept AIDS voluntary counseling testing results and test results were analyzed. RESULTS In 720 for the inquiring, mainly young adults from 20 to 49 years old accounted 78.25%. Requirements for the reason, about 77.50% of the dangerous behavior. Detection of HIV antibody positive 10 people, detection rate was 1.39%, had a history of high-risk sexual be- havior, the male male behavior infection for seven people, accounting for 70.00%. CONCLUSION The spread of HIV in anyang re- gion is given priority to with sexually transmitted, VCT work is in the early detection of AIDS a major local method, and men who have sex with men in young adults are high risk groups ofinfected with HIV, it should increase the intensity of intervention of such people, less likely to spread HIV.
