摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对药物流产患者流产效果的影响。方法将360例自愿选择药物流产终止妊娠的早孕50d以内的妇女,随机分为心理干预组和未干预组各180例,未干预组给予常规的服药指导与基本临床观察,而心理干预组在上述措施的基础上,针对不同的药物流产患者采取相对应的心理干预措施及健康指导。观察2组患者的流产效果。结果 2组药物流产患者服药后不良反应和流产效果比较,心理干预组的服药后不良反应和并发症发生率明显低于未干预组,流产失败率明显低于未干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对药物流产患者采取精心的心理干预措施及系统的观察,可以降低不完全流产率和服药后不良反应及并发症,提高药物流产终止早孕的临床效果及安全性。Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing intervention on abortion efficacy for patients with medical abortion .Methods Three hundred and sixty cases of women within 50 days early preg‐nancy who voluntarily accepted medical termination of pregnancy were randomly divided into psychological inter ‐vention group and non‐intervention group ,180 cases in each group .The non‐intervention group were given routine medication guidance and basic clinical observation .And psychological intervention group ,on the basis of the above measures ,took corresponding measures of psychological intervention and health education according to different drug abortion patients .The abortion efficacy was observed respectively.Results In comparison with the non‐in‐tervention group ,the incidence of medication side effects and abortion failure rate in intervention group were sig ‐nificantly lower and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0 .05） .Conclusion Meticulous psychological nursing measures and systematic observation for medical abortion patients could reduce the incidence of incomplete abortion and medication side effects ,and improve the clinical efficacy and safety of medical abortion to terminate early preg ‐nancy.
