摘　　要：排气制动作为一种辅助制动,能有效提高车辆行驶的安全性,一旦出现故障,应快速准确诊断、排除故障,这对车辆使用维修人员非常重要。从此角度出发,分析了东风EQ1118G型柴油车排气制动系统工作原理,指出了排气系统易出现的故障并总结了相应的故障排除方法。As an auxiliary brake,exhaust brake can effectively improve the safety of the vehicle. Once fault appears,it should be diagnosed and removed fast. This is very important to vehicle maintenance personnel. From this perspective,the Dongfeng EQ1118G type diesel exhaust braking system working principle was analyzed,the faults of the exhaust system were pointed out and corresponding troubleshooting methods were summarized.
