分散剂对碳纳米管导静电涂料性能的影响

摘  要:以碳纳米管作为导电填料,制备了导静电涂料,并研究了分散剂对碳纳米管导静电涂料性能的影响。酸化处理能很好地去除碳纳米管中的杂质。分别添加2%十八醇和2%Disponer 983时,涂膜的力学性能和导静电性能较好;1%十八醇和2%Disponer 983复配时,涂膜导静电性最优,表面电阻率达到1×108Ω。With carbon nanotubes as conductive fillers, an electrostatic conductive coatings was prepared, and the influences of dispersant on the properties of carbon nanotube electrostatic conductive coatings were studied The acidification treatment could efficiently remove impurities in the carbon nanotube. While respective adding 2% octadecanol and 2% Disponer 983, good mechanical and static conductivity properties were showed. When 1% octadecanol compounding with 2% Disponer 983, the best antistatic property were showed, and its surface resistivity could reach 1×108Ω.
