摘  要:合成了一种新型的增韧剂SZ210,并以此制备了醇溶性无机富锌涂料。该增韧剂的使用,使得成膜厚度达250μm不开裂,并可以加快涂料的固化速度,同时简化了生产工艺,提高了生产效率。讨论了PVC(颜料体积浓度)对涂层耐盐雾性的影响,同时通过电化学交流阻抗对该涂层的耐腐蚀性进行了评价。A new type of toughening agent used to prepare the alcohol soluble inorganic zinc rich coatings was synthesized. With the addition of the new toughening agent, the dry film thickness could reach 250 μm without any crack, the curing speed could be accelerated, the production process could be simplified and the production efficiency could be raised. The influences of PVC on the salt fog resistance of coating were discussed, and the corrosion resistance of coating was evaluated by the electrochemical impedance.
