摘  要:目的了解山东省章丘市农村地区0~6岁儿童血红蛋白的水平及贫血状况。方法随机抽取某乡镇993例0~6岁儿童,采集末梢血20μL,测定血红蛋白值。结果 1章丘市农村0~6岁儿童血红蛋白的均值为(115.07±8.79)g/L,贫血的患病率为16.2%。2男童血红蛋白的均值为(115.23±9.21)g/L,贫血的患病率为16.4%,女童血红蛋白均值为(114.87±8.26)g/L,贫血患病率为16.0%。30岁组血红蛋白均值最低,其次为1岁组,各年龄组血红蛋白均值的差异经方差分析,差异有统计学意义(F=14.895,P=0.000)。4贫血儿童的身高均明显低于不贫血儿童,贫血女童的体重明显低于不贫血女童,1岁组贫血儿童的身高、体重明显低于不贫血儿童,5岁组贫血儿童的身高明显低于不贫血儿童,差异均有统计学意义。结论章丘市农村儿童贫血的患病率仍较高,应通过大力开展健康教育和加强儿童健康服务管理,降低贫血的发病率,促进农村儿童的生长发育。Objective To understand the hemoglobin level and anemia status of children aged 0-6 years in rural areas of Zhangqiu city. Methods 993 children aged 0-6 years were selected randomly in a township to collect 20μL peripheral blood from each of them and measure hemoglobin content value. Results 1 The mean hemoglobin content value of rural children aged 0-6 years of Zhangqiu city was( 115. 07 ± 8. 79) g / L and the incidence of anemia was 16. 2%. 2 The mean hemoglobin content value of boys was( 115. 23 ± 9. 21) g/L and the incidence of anemia was 16. 4 %; the mean hemoglobin content value of girls was( 114. 87 ± 8. 26) g/L and the incidence of anemia was 16. 0%. 3The 0-year-old children group had the lowest mean hemoglobin content,followed by 1-year-old group. According to the analysis of variance,the differences of the mean hemoglobin content value of each age group are statistically significant( F = 14. 895,P = 0. 000). 4 The height of children with anemia was obviously lower than that of children without anemia; body weight of girls with anemia was obviously lower than that of girls without anemia; in 1-year-old children group,both height and body weight of children with anemia are obviously lower than that of children without anemia; in 5-year-old children group,the height of children with anemia was obviously lower than that of children without anemia. All differences above were statistically significant. Conclusion The incidence of anemia in children in rural areas of Zhangqiu city was still high. Therefore,health education should be carried out actively and management of child health service should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of anemia and promote the growth and development of rural children.
