摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线配合中药对慢性荨麻疹患者疗效及血清Ig E、C3的影响。方法 60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组采用穴位埋线配合中药治疗,对照组采用依匹斯汀口服,分别在治疗前后进行疗效评价及血清Ig E、C3的测定,并进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,痊愈率为66.7%;对照组总有效率为76.7%,痊愈率为53.3%;两组均可有效降低血清Ig E水平,治疗组还可有效提高血清补体C3的水平(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线配合中药可有效治疗慢性荨麻疹,并能降低患者血清Ig E水平,提高血清补体C3水平。Objective To observe the efficacy of acupoint thread embedding plusYang Xue Xiao Xun decoction in treating chronic urticaria and its effect on serum IgE and C3.Method Sixty patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupoint thread embedding plusYang Xue Xiao Xun decoction, while the control group was by Epinastine. The serum IgE and C3 were detected before and after intervention and the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated.Result The total effective rate was 86.7% and recovery rate was 66.7% in the treatment group versus 76.7% and 53.3% in the control group; the serum IgE level dropped in both groups, and the serum C3 level was increased significantly in the treatment group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint thread embedding plusYang Xue Xiao Xun decoction is effective in treating chronic urticaria, and can decrease the serum IgE level while increase the serum C3 level.
