摘　　要：通过搭建合适的试验台架,运用气缸动作来完成钥匙轴按压动作,并运用PLC控制步进电机的运转来实现钥匙的折叠动作,从而完成了汽车钥匙折叠耐久试验台的开发。本试验台可以有效模拟人手进行汽车钥匙折叠和打开操作。Through constructing appropriate test-bed, the air cylinder motion is used to press the key axis and PLC is used to control stepper motor run to realize the folding of key, thus completing the development of fold endurance testing equipment for automobile key which can imitate folding and opening automobile key by hand effectively.
