摘 要:以Ce Cu K/Y为催化剂,提出了一种由流化床与多段绝热床串联的新型反应器用于HCl催化氧化过程。假设HCl年处理量为12万t/a,通过物料、能量、动量衡算建立反应器的数学模型,对HCl氧化工艺的操作参数进行优化。在不考虑床层压降的情况下,考察绝热床段数NAR及流化床出口HCl转化率xA,f对绝热床的最佳操作曲线和催化剂用量的影响。当NAR为3,xA,f为60%时,绝热床的最佳操作温度在380—430℃,满足了催化剂活性要求,催化剂总用量也较少。在考虑床层压降情况下,考察绝热床入口压强pin和内径Di对其催化剂用量WAR、床层压降Δp和床层高度Hi等的影响。综合反应器的操作难度及成本等因素,优选绝热床入口压强为500 k Pa,内径为1.6 m。在最佳操作条件下流化床和固定床所需催化剂分别为3.1 t和8.5 t。该研究为氯资源循环利用工业反应器的开发提供了理论依据。Over a CeCuK/Y catalyst,a novel reactor combined fluidized-bed reactor( FBR) with multi-stage adiabatic reactors( MSAR) in series was proposed. Assuming that the processing capacity of HCl is 120 000 t / a,the mathematical models with the mass,energy and momentum balances were established,and the operation parameters of HCl oxidation process were optimized. The best adiabatic operations and catalyst amount with different inlet HCl conversion xA,fand stages of MSAR NARat constant pressure were investigated. The results demonstrate that the reactor has small amount of catalyst and suitable operation temperatures( 380-430 ℃) when xA,fis 60% and NARis 3. In addition,the influences of diameter and inlet pressure on catalyst amount,pressure drop and height of MSAR were studied. For the operability and low investment of reactor,the inlet pressure and the diameter were preferred to 500 k Pa and 1. 6 m,respectively. Under the best adiabatic operations,the amount of catalyst used in FBR and MSAR was 3. 1 t and 8. 5 t,respectively.
