摘  要:以三聚氯氰和苯基次膦酸二异丙酯(PPDIE)为原料,合成了一种含氮有机膦阻燃剂三嗪三苯基次膦酸异丙酯化合物即2,4,6-三(O-异丙基-苯基次膦酰基)-1,3,5-三嗪。探讨了反应时间、反应温度、原料滴加速度和反应物配比对产品产率的影响。实验发现,最佳的反应条件为:三聚氯氰和苯基次膦酸二异丙酯的物质的量之比为1∶3.2,N2保护下将苯基次膦酸二异丙酯分别在40、60、85℃下滴入反应4 h,然后蒸馏出有机溶剂和少量低沸点物,产率为96.7%。通过红外光谱、核磁共振表征了产品的结构。差热分析和应用实验表明,目标产物有较好的阻燃成炭性和热稳定性。Synthesized a kind of nitrogen-containing organic phosphorus flame retardants, by using phenylphosphinic diisopropyl ester (PPDIE) and cyanuric chloride as the raw material, which was a triazine triphenyl phosphinic isopropyl ester, another name was 2, 4, 6- three (O-isopropyl-phenyl phosphinic acyl) -1, 3, 5-triazine. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, the dropping rate of the raw material and amount ratio of substance on product yield was discussed, and the optimal conditions were selected as follows: cyanuric chloride and PPDIE in molar ratios 1 : 3.2, under the N2 atmosphere, PPDIE was added in three times under the temperatures of 40, 60, 85 ℃ to react for 4 h, then distilled the organic solvent and some low boiling point compounds, the percentage of the reaction yield could reach to 96.7%. The structure of product was characterized by FTIR, ^1 H-NMR. TG-DTA analysis and application experiments showed the product had a good char and thermal stability.
