摘  要:选用4,4'-六氟亚异丙基-邻苯二甲酸二酐(6 FDA)与2,5-二(4-氨基苯)嘧啶(PRM)及4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)共聚,通过两步法制备了系列具有双官能结构的聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜;并考察了薄膜的机械性能、溶解性、透光性、热性能.结果表明,PI-6FDA/PRM薄膜的拉伸强度达到252.7 MPa,初始模量为8.22 GPa;根据PRM与ODA比例不同,在溶剂N,N'-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)及三氯甲烷(CHCl3)中表现出不同的溶解性;PI-6FDA/ODA/PRM(其中ODA∶PRM质量比=5∶5)薄膜的透光性最好,截止波长365、470 nm后透过率超过80%;嘧啶型含氟聚酰亚胺热稳定性良好,最大分解温度为540~ 550℃,玻璃化转变温度309~423℃.Copolyimide (PI) films with two functional groups were synthesized via 4, 4'- ( hexafluoroisopropylidene ) diphthalic anhydride ( 6FDA ), 2, 5 - bis ( 4 - aminophenyl ) pyrimidine (PRM) and 4, 4'-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA) by two step method. The mechanical properties, solubility, transmittance of visible light and thermal properties of the film were characterized. The results showed that the tensile strength was up to 252. 7 MPa, the initial modulus was 8.22 GPa; due to the differences of the ratio between PRM and ODA, the solubility of DMAc and CHC13 was different. The light transmittance of PI-6FDA/ODA/PRM (ODA : PRM =5 : 5 ) was the best which was above 80% after the cutoff wavelength were 365, 470 nm. The thermal stability of fluorinated polyimides with pyrimidine was the best, and the maximum degradation temperature was 540 -550 ℃, the glass transforming temperature was 309 - 423℃.
