摘  要:以苯基二氯化膦(DCPP)和丙醇为原料,合成了苯基次膦酸二丙酯(PPDPE)。并用红外谱图(FTIR)和核磁共振仪(1H NMR)对产物结构进行了表征,研究得出最佳工艺条件为:以三乙胺为缚酸剂,在氮气的保护下,苯基二氯化膦、丙醇和三乙胺的物质量的比为1∶2.2∶2.2,温度控制在30℃下反应3 h,之后过滤,滤液蒸馏出有机溶剂、过量的丙醇和缚酸剂,再减压蒸馏得苯基次膦酸二丙酯,产率为96.4%。并用极限氧指数法测定了该化合物应用于环氧树脂的阻燃性能。Using dichlorophenyl phosphine (DCPP) and propyl alcohol as the raw materials, firstly synthesized the phenylphosphinic dipropyl ester (PPDPE). And then, the structure of product was characterized by FTIR, ^1 H-NMR. The optimal conditions for preparation were selected as follows: under the N2 atmosphere, triethylamine was the catalyst, the molar ratio of DCPP, propyl alcohol and triethylamine was 1 : 2.2 : 2.2, reaction time was 3 h at 30 ℃ , then filtered, distilled the organic solvent, excess propyl alcohol and the catalyst from the filtrate, got the PPDPE by vacuum distillation. The percentage of the reaction yield could reach to 96. 4%. The compound was applied to epoxy resin to test its flame retardant properties by LOI technique.
