摘 要:用熔融挤出的方法制备了乙烯基硅烷(VS)接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-VS),用接枝改性后的聚丙烯(PP-g-VS)作为基体,与黄麻纤维经过挤出注射成型制备了聚丙烯/黄麻纤维复合材料(PP-g-VS/F)。利用红外光谱仪对接枝物进行了表征,并对复合材料的力学性能、吸水性和耐热性进行了测试,最后采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料的拉伸断面进行了观察。结果表明,VS成功地接枝到了PP上;经改性后的复合材料的力学性能、耐水性和耐热性都得到提高;改性后的PP-g-VS与黄麻纤维之间的界面相容性得到了明显改善。Vinyl silane (VS) grafted polypropylene (PP-g-VS) was prepared by melt extrusion technique. PP-g-VS/F composites were prepared by using modified PP-g-VS as matrix and jute fiber as reinforcing material through extrusion injection molding processing. PP-g-VS were characterized by FT-IR. The mechanical properties, water resistance and heat resistance of the composites were studied. Tensile fracture surface of the composites were observed by SEM. The results showed that: VS was successfully grafted onto PP; the mechanical properties, water resistance and heat resistance of the modified PP/jute fiber composites were all improved; the interface compatibility between modified PP-g-VS and jute fiber was improved.
