摘  要:通过对常规增强聚丙烯(PP)用短切原丝508A浸润剂配方进行优化,开发全新的短切原丝产品508H,并制得玻纤(GF)/PP复合材料,然后对比测试其性能以及通过SEM进行分析。结果发现,与508A材料相比,508H增强PP复合材料的力学性能有所提高,特别是耐水解性能突出。508H产品的开发进一步拓宽了GF/PP材料的应用领域。With chopped strands 508A, the reinforced PP was optimized, a new chopped strands 508H was developed. The fiber glass chopped strands reinforced PP composite (GF/PP) were prepared. The properties were compared and analyzed by SEM. It indicated that compared with the current product 508A, the improved product 508H had better mechanical properties, especially the performance of hydrolysis resistance. Therefore, the applications of GF/PP composites were extended because the development of 508H product.
