摘 要:采用氧化锌和甘油合成了甘油锌,并表征了其作为热稳定剂的热稳定性能。以硬脂酸锌作对比,利用静态和动态热稳定试验证明甘油锌对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热稳定效果超过传统的硬脂酸锌。结果表明,甘油锌/硬脂酸钙应用于PVC时热稳定时间达到46 min,是同等配比下硬脂酸钙/锌体系的近8倍,具有良好的热稳定性能。甘油锌作为热稳定剂,动态热稳定性能良好,明显缩短PVC的塑化时间,减少加工耗时,PVC树脂的塑化性能好,塑化效率高,且无"锌烧"现象。Glycerin zinc was prepared by zinc oxide and glycerin. The thermo stability of glycerin zinc was characterized. Comparing with zinc stearate, static and dynamic testing confirmed that the thermal stability of glycerin zinc for PVC was superior to traditional zinc stearate. It showed that the thermal stability time of PVC containing glycerin zinc/calcium stearate can reach 46 min, nearly 8 times that of calcium stearate/zinc system with well thermal stability. The dynamic thermal stability of PVC containing zinc glycerin was good, significantly reduced the plasticizing and processing time of PVC. Good plasticizing performance and high plasticizing efficiency of PVC resin were obtained without zinc burning phenomenon.
