摘  要:分析比较了避难硐室常用制冷方式的优缺点。通过正交试验得出对于涡流管制冷功率的影响因素中,供气温度及压力为主要因素,冷流率为次要因素;蒸发器采用二次环流螺旋紫铜管结构,传热功率为156.5 W。制冰试验结果表明:在供气流量10.8 L/s、压力0.6 MPa、冷流率0.6的条件下,在30 h内可使一定量的水凝结成冰,该结论为避难硐室制冷提供了新的解决方案和思路。In this paper,analysis and comparison were made on the the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly-used refrigeration modes in the refuge chamber. By orthogonal experiment,it came to the conclusions that the main factors affecting the vortex tube refrigeration power were the air supply temperature and pressure and the secondary factor was the cold flow rate; the evaporator adopted the secondary circulation spiral red copper tube structure and its heat-transfer power was 156. 5 W. The icemaking test results showed that under the conditions of the air supply flow rate of 10. 8 L / s,the pressure of 0. 6 MPa and the cold flow rate of 0. 6,it can make a certain amount of water condense into ice within 30 h,this conclusion provided a new solution and ideal for the refrigeration in refuge chamber.
