新丰江与三峡水库农村移民的时空跨域比较研究--以广东博罗为中心

摘　　要：新丰江与三峡水库的农村移民,分别经历了计划经济与市场经济两个不同的历史时期,并且来自不同的地域,有着不同的安置模式。各时期不同的迁移条件及安置理念,对其安置工作产生根本影响,导致移民安置效果差异显著。通过对新丰江与三峡水库农村移民进行跨时域及跨地域的比较,结合水库农村移民群体所出现的社会问题,提出水库农村移民相关问题的治理方略,供水库农村移民安置及其管理工作参考。Rural reservoir resettlers from Xinfeng river and three gorges reservoir respectively came from two distinctive geographic regions and underwent two different historical period：the planned economy period and the market economy period.Two different resettlement conditions with different resettlement principles had a fundamental impact on the reservoir resettlements, which has led to a noticeable difference between two resettlements. Governance strategies to related rural reservoir resettlers issues are put forward for future reservoir resettlements and governance by the era-region crossing analysis of the two reservoir resettlements and currently emerging social problems among the resettlers.
