摘　　要：探讨2940nm饵点阵激光在白癜风自体表皮移植治疗中的应用和疗效。对我科门诊2013年1月-2014年1月以来收治的33例白癜风患者共108处病灶采用2940nm饵点阵激光进行病灶表皮剥脱后移植自体表皮。术后随访半年,其中2名患者失访,共计观察103处病灶,表皮成活优良率90.3%,色素恢复有效率92.2%。2940nm饵点阵激光在白癜风自体表皮移植治疗中进行病灶表皮剥脱精确可控、无特殊受限部位、自体表皮移植成活率高、疗效肯定,值得进一步推广应用。Objectiv To explore the application and efficacy of 2940nm erbium fractional laser in epidermis autotransplantation for the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 33 patients from janaray 2013 to janaray 2014 whom had 108 focuses were carried out epidermis autotransplantation after striped by 2940nm erbium fractional laser. Results Followed-up half year ,2 patients were miss. The 103 skins were observed, 90.3% of them were alived. The efficiency was 92. 2%. Conclusions NOT only there is no located limitation for the 2940nm erbium fractional laser applieated in epidermis autotransplantation for the treatment of vitiligo, but also it is a highly effective and accurate method for the treatment of focus vitiligo. SO it is worthy populating.
