摘　　要：目的检测2型糖尿病肿瘤患者血浆中胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平,并与糖尿病患者、健康人作对比,探讨2型糖尿病患者血浆IGF-1检测筛查早期恶性肿瘤的意义。方法分别测定2型糖尿病肿瘤组、2型糖尿病组及健康对照组的血浆IGF-1水平。结果 2型糖尿病组、2型糖尿病肿瘤组的血浆IGF-1水平明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05),而2型糖尿病肿瘤组的血浆IGF-1水平明显高于2型糖尿病组(P<0.05)。血浆IGF-1、空腹静脉血糖(FBG)、HbA1c及负荷后2h静脉血糖(2hBG)水平是肿瘤的危险因素,基础胰岛素(FIns)水平是肿瘤发生的保护因素。结论 2型糖尿病与恶性肿瘤密切相关,血浆IGF-1水平是肿瘤的危险因素。Objective To test plasma insulin-like growth factor 1（IGF-1）level in type 2diabetic patients with malignant tumor,and make comparison with diabetic patients and normal patients.To discuss the significance of detection of plasma IGF-1level in type 2diabetes in screening early malignant tumor.Methods Plasma IGF-1level were determined in type 2diabetes among malignant tumor group,type 2diabetes,and normal control group,and statistical comparison was made between the three groups.Results the plasma levels of IGF-1of type 2diabetes mellitus,type 2diabetes mellitus with malignant tumor were significantly lower than normal group（P〈0.05）.And the plasma level of IGF-1in type 2diabetes mellitus with malignant tumor group was obviously higher than that of type 2diabetic group（P〈0.05）.Plasma IGF-1,FBG,HbA1 cand 2HBG level are risk factors for tumor.The level of FIns is a protective factor for tumor.Conclusion Type 2diabetes is closely related to the malignant tumor,and the plasma levels of IGF-1is a risk factor for tumor.
