摘 要:目的:建立测定生脉饮中人参总皂苷与麦冬总皂苷含量的方法。方法:以人参皂苷Re为对照品,香草醛比色法测定生脉饮中人参总皂苷的含量;以人参皂苷Re为对照品,高氯酸法测定生脉饮中总皂苷的含量;建立两种测定方法之间的换算系数,以得到以鲁斯考皂苷元为对照品计麦冬总皂苷的含量。结果:生脉饮中人参总皂苷的线性范围:0.0752-0.2006mg(r=0.9993),平均回收率为100.64%,RSD为2.88%;生脉饮中总皂苷的线性范围:0.1881mg-0.8151mg(r=0.9996),平均回收率为101.33%,RSD为2.01%。麦冬总皂苷含量计算公式为C=(A1.82B)/4.16。生脉饮中人参总皂苷含量为18.1448mg/g,总皂苷含量为39.1208mg/g;麦冬总皂苷含量为1.4657mg/g。结论:本研究建立的方法可分别测定生脉饮中人参总皂苷和麦冬总皂苷的含量,可作为生脉饮中人参总皂苷与麦冬总皂苷的质量控制方法。Objective: To determine the ginsenosides and ophiopogonin content in Shengmaiyin. Methods:Vanillin colorimetry was used to determine the ginsenosides content in Shengmaiyin with ginsenoside Re as reference substance, perchloric acid colorimetric method to determine the total saponins content in Shengmaiyin with ginsenoside Re as reference substance. The ophiopogonin content in Shengmaiyin was calculated by establishing conversion coeffi cient between aboving two methods.Results: The linearity range of ginsenosides in Shengmaiyin was 0.0752-0.2006mg(r=0.9993), the average recovery rate was 100.64%(RSD=2.88%); The linearity range of total saponins in Shengmaiyin was 0.1881mg-0.8151mg(r=0.9996), the average recovery rate was 101.33%(RSD=2.01%). The formula of calculating ophiopogonin content in Shengmaiyin was C=(A1.82B)/4.16. The ginsenosides content in Shengmaiyin was 18.1448mg/g, total saponins content was 39.1208mg/g, ophiopogonin content was 1.4657mg/g.Conclusions:The method in this study can determine the content of ginsenosides and ophiopogonin in Shengmaiyin respectively, and can be acted as quality control method of ginsenosides and ophiopogonin in Shengmaiyin.
