摘　　要：项目信息公开和诚信体系建设是工程领域治理的一项治本之策和关键性制度。"双信息"公开共享平台是项目信息公开和诚信体系建设的信息化平台。该平台按统一数据标准规范建立省级统一水利"双信息"数据库,整合发布信用信息和项目信息,是守信激励和失信惩戒机制运行的软件支撑平台。Open project information and credit system construction is a fundamental and key system on engineering management.＂Double information＂sharing platform is an information platform for publishing project information and constructing credit system.A unified provincial database of ＂double information＂is built based on data standardization and normalization, as well as, publish project and credit formation.Moreover, this platform support for incentive and disciplinary structure of the credit system.
