摘  要:通过理论分析和现场试验,考察了氧化温度、还原碱度和还原时间对炉渣中Cr2O3含量的影响。结果表明:在AOD氧化阶段,通过调整物料加入方式,减小炉温的波动可减少铬的氧化;还原阶段提高还原碱度可促进还原反应的进行,还原时间应大于4 min,保证还原反应有充足的时间。通过以上控制措施,AOD转炉还原炉渣中Cr2O3含量从1.2%降至0.4%,达到国内领先水平。The thermodynamic law of the chromium oxidation in the AOD process was researched, and effects of oxidizing temperature, slag basicity, and reduction time on smelting reduction of stainless steel slag were also studied by experiments. It was concluded that Cr content in slag could be reduced though controlling the temperature and changing material adding in the oxidation stage.Reduction reaction could be promoted by increasing slag basicity, and reduction time should be 4 mi-nutes at least in reduction phase.Based on above control measures, the chromium oxide in stainless steel slag was reduced from 1.2%to current 0.4%.
