摘　　要：目的建立测定辛芩片中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（250 mm×4.6 nm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水-三乙胺（57∶43∶0.1）,检测波长为280 nm。结果黄芩苷质量浓度在1.971~19.71 mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为103.01%,RSD=1.84%（n=9）。结论该方法简便、专属、重复性好,可有效控制辛芩片的质量。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） method for the determination of the baicalin content in Xinqin Tablet. Methods The Diamonsil C18 column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 nm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid- triethylamine（ 57 ∶ 43 ∶ 0. 1）. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The linear range of baicalin was1. 971- 19. 71 mg / L（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 103. 01%,RSD = 1. 84%（ n = 9）. Conclusion The established method is simple,specific and better repeatable,which can effectively control the quality of Xinqin Tablet.
