续开发“军卫一号”软件对静脉用药调配中心药品库存及申领的优化

摘　　要：目的为了使"军卫一号"医院信息系统(HIS)中药品库存和申领更合理,进一步开发其功能模块。方法依托原有的"军卫一号"HIS,续开发用于药品用量自动统计、高低限自动设定、积压药品查询、药品货位设定等模块。结果在实际使用中能减少库存积压,减少因药品过期的浪费,保证药品的供应,减轻药师的工作量,保证数据的准确性,缩短药品周转时间。结论运用该方法可迅速查询所有品种的使用情况及滞销积压药品,实时调整药品的高低限,根据具体情况灵活掌握申领计划制订,为合理控制库存提供可靠的数据。Objective To further develop the functional modules for making the pharmaceutical inventory and applying more reasonable in the No. 1 Military Medical Project Hospital Information System（ HIS）. Methods Based on the original No. 1 Military Medical Project HIS,the modules of automatic statistics for drug dosage,automatic setting of high and low limit,inquiring of drug backlog and setting of drugs allocation were continued to be developed. Results In the actual use,the backlog of inventory and the waste due to expired drugs were reduced,the supply of drugs was ensured,the workloads of the pharmacists were alleviated,the accuracy of the data was ensured and the turnaround time of drugs was shortened. Conclusion Using this method can quickly query the use situation of all varieties and backlog of poor sales of drugs,conduct the real- time adjustment of the high and low limits of drugs,flexibly grasp the applying plan formulation in accordance with specific conditions and provide the reliable data for the reasonable control of inventory.
