某传染病专科医院抗菌药物专项整治前后用药分析

摘　　要：目的分析实施专项整治前后抗菌药物的应用情况,探讨传染病医院如何管理抗菌药物。方法收集并对比分析某传染病专科医院专项整治前后抗菌药物的使用数据,包括抗菌药物使用金额、品种、品规,门、急诊抗菌药物处方比例,住院患者抗菌药物使用率及使用强度等。结果经过抗菌药物专项整治后,该院抗菌药物品种品规、门急诊抗菌药物处方比例、住院患者抗菌药物使用率均达国家规定指标,抗菌药物使用金额占全院药品使用金额的比例由22.41%大幅下降为8.92%;抗菌药物使用强度从整治前的85.35和97.90降为整治后的76.07和57.75,且未能达标(≤40)。结论专项整治活动对该院抗菌药物的合理使用起了很大的促进作用,但仍需继续加强监测,积极探索传染病专科医院抗菌药物管理机制,不断提高抗菌药物合理应用的水平。Objective To analyze the application situation of antibacterial drugs before and after the implementation of the special rectification,to evaluate the impact of antibacterial drugs special rectification activities on the use of antibacterial drugs in this hospital and to explore how to conduct the management of antibacterial drugs in the infectious disease hospital. Methods The use data of antibacterial drugs before and after the special rectification in an infectious disease specialist hospital were collected for conducting the comparative analysis,including the antimicrobial use amount,varieties and product rules of antibacterial drugs,outpatient and emergency antibacterial prescription proportion,use rate and use intensity of antibacterial drugs in inpatients,etc. Results After antibacterial drugs special rectification,the varieties and product rules of antibacterial drugs,outpatient and emergency antibacterial prescription proportion and use rate of antibacterial drugs in inpatients all reached the indicators stipulated by the Health and Family Planning Commission,the proportion of the use amount of antibacterial drugs accounting for the use amount of drugs in whole hospital was sharply declined from22. 41% to 8. 92%,the use intensity of antibacterial drugs was declined from 85. 35 and 97. 90 before the special rectification to76. 07 and 57. 75 after the special rectification,but which failed to reach the standard（ ≤40）. Conclusion The special rectification activities play the prodigious promoting role to the rational drug use in our hospital,but it is needed to strengthen the monitoring of the rational use of antibacterial drugs,actively explore the mechanism of antibacterial drugs management in the infectious disease hospital and constantly increase the level of rational use of antibacterial drugs.
