某中医院骨科活血化瘀类中药注射剂用药分析

摘　　要：目的分析某中医院骨科活血化瘀类中药注射剂的使用现状和存在的问题,促进其合理用药。方法统计并分析该院骨科2013年11月至2014年6月活血化瘀类中药注射剂的使用情况,包括注射剂种类、临床诊断、中医证型、单次用量、每天用药频次、配药溶剂、用药疗程等数据。结果该院骨科活血化瘀类中药注射剂按规定疗程、规定剂量使用的较少,不合理用药率较高。结论中药注射剂须慎用,尤其在溶剂选择、用药疗程、药物联合使用等方面。Objective To promote the rational drug use of the TCM injection in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis by analyzing its current usage and existing problems. Methods Conduct the statistical study and analyze the injection types,clinical diagnosis,TCM syndrome types,single dosage,frequency of daily drug use,dispensing solvent and medication treatment of the TCM injection in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the department of orthopaedics from Nov. 2013 to Jun. 2014.Results Treatment of the TCM injection in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis that complies with the rules and regulations is rather few,and the ratio of its irrational usage is high. Conclusion The TCM injection must be used carefully,especially on its solvent selection,drug treatment and drug combination.
