摘　　要：起皱问题是冲压件生产中常见的缺陷,严重影响冲压件品质,本文通过讲述几种常见冲压件起皱叠料问题的案例,从模具及工艺方面进行分析,如何控制板料流动速度,从而为解决起皱叠料问题提出相应的思路方法,为提升产品质量提供帮助。Wrinking is stamping produckion of common defects, serious impact on the qualityof stamping parts, stamping parts wrinkling and folding through several common problems aboutmaterial case, carries on the analysis form the die and process, how to control the sheet flowvelocity, so as so to slove the wrinkling and folding question put torward ideas and methods ofcorresponding, help in order to improve product quality.
