摘　　要：L型连接板做为卡车车架与横梁的重要连接部件,它的制件质量,制件成本引起了大家的关注。通过对L型连接板不同成形工艺方案的分析,得出成形工艺方案的不同会对制件的质量、废品率、生产效率、模具费用、生产成本等产生很大的影响。L connecting plate make important component which is connected with thecross beam of the truck frame, its product quality, product cost has attractedeveryone＇s attention. Through the analysis of the connection plate of different process schemes for L type, reached a different process schemes will waste to product quality, rate and production efficiency, the cost of die, have a greatthe effect of the production cost.
