摘　　要：介绍了氮化-软氮化在模具表面强化处理方面的应用概况,揭示了氮化、软氮化工艺在模具表面强化处理中的乱象。通过对不同模具的服役条件、常见失效方式和潜在失效模式的分析,对模具氮化-软氮化的分类应用进行了讨论。this paper introduces the nitriding- nitrocarburizing in the application of die mold surface strengthening treatment, reveals the nitriding, nitrocarburizing process in the die mold surface strengthening treatment of chaos. Through the service condition of different die mold, common failure types and the potential failure mode analysis, the classification ofnitriding- nitrocarburizing tooling application are discussed.
