摘  要:为了净化处理冶金废水,以反胶团二壬基萘磺酸(DNNSA)作萃取剂,磺化煤油为稀释剂,对冶金废水中镁离子的萃取进行了研究。考察了萃取时间、镁离子浓度、相比O/A、水相pH值等因素对镁萃取率的影响。研究结果表明,萃取时间达40min时萃取达到平衡,反胶团DNNSA在弱酸性介质中具有很好的萃取效率,废水中镁离子浓度越低、相比O/A值越大均能提高反胶团DNNSA对镁萃取效率,反胶团DNNSA萃取冶金废水中镁离子机理是阳离子交换过程。这一研究结果对于冶金行业废水的处理具有重要价值。In order to purify metallurgy wastewater,the extraction process by dinonyl naphthalene sulfonic acid(DNNSA)in kerosene is studied in this paper.The effects of extraction time,concentration of magnesium,phase ratio of oil phase over aqueous phase(O/A)and pH value of the aqueous solution are comprehensively investigated.The results show that extraction process become to counterpoise when the extraction time pass 40 min,The extraction efficiency was best that reverse micelles of DNNSA in weak acid medium.The lower of magnesium concentration of metallurgy wastewater and the larger phase ratio of oil phase over aqueous phase(O/A)all contribute to improve the extraction efficiency.Mechanism of reverse micelles of DNNSA extraction magnesium from metallurgy wastewater was cation exchange process.With this new extraction technology,it is effective to treat the magnesium from metallurgical wastewater.
