摘　　要：湖北地处长江中游、华中地区的腹地,受地理位置、地形地貌、气象、人类活动等因素的影响,旱涝灾害十分频繁。论述了加快防汛抗旱物资储备库的重要性,分析了存在的问题,提出了建设措施,以最大限度地降低灾害损失。Located in the Central China and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,Hubei Province of China is affected frequently by flood and drought disasters due to the influences of location,topography,weather,and human activities. Thus,the building of material storage for flood and drought control is of great necessity and should be accelerated.The importance and existing problems in the building of material storage are discussed. And some suggestions are made.
