摘  要:青海元石山镍铁矿采用还原焙烧—氨浸—萃取—磁选工艺,生产精制硫酸镍和铁精矿,年处理含镍0.80%的镍铁矿石30万t,2009年10月投产,镍和铁总回收率分别为70.70%和58.85%,副产品为磁选尾矿(销售给水泥厂)和硫化钴精矿,实现无渣冶炼,废水在系统内循环利用,废气经过净化回收后排空,基本实现污染物"零排放"。The technology of reduction roasting-ammonia leaching-solvent extraction-magnetic separation is applied to treat nickel laterite from Yuanshishan in Qinghai,for producing pure nickel sulfate and iron concentrate. The capacity of the plant is 300 kt / a ore( Ni 0. 80%),and started operation from October 2009. Total recoveries of nickel and iron are 70. 70% and 58. 85%,respectively. The magnetic separation tailings( being sold to cement plant) and cobalt sulphide concentrate are the by-products. The smelting process without slag discharging is achieved and the waste water can be recycled within the system. In addition,the exhaust flue gas let out after purification. " Zero emissions" of the pollutant is basically realized in the project.
