摘  要:江西某含银锑钨矿矿体(AgⅠ/AgⅡ号矿体)资源量总计为含钨和银38.0430万t,含锑4.1276万t。研究钨矿伴生银、锑的赋存状态和工艺矿物学特征,进行粗选和精选条件试验。原矿中WO3品位0.87%,银品位17.24 g/t,锑品位0.052%,闭路全浮选流程可获得最终钨精矿WO3品位71.78%,回收率90.19%,硫精矿产率1.87%,银品位720.90 g/t,锑品位1.52%,对原矿银回收率78.20%,锑回收率54.66%,可在冶炼过程中回收部分有用元素。There is a silver-antimony-tungsten ore body( AgⅠ / AgⅡ ore body) with total resource of WO3 and Ag 380 430 tons,Sb 41 276 tons in Jiangxi.The occurrence status and mineralogy characteristics of sliver and antimony in tungsten ore are investigated, and roughing and selecting floatation experiments in laboratory are carried out.The tungsten concentrate with WO3 of 71.78% and the recovery of 90.19%,sulfur concentrate with yield of 1.87%,silver of 720.90 g / t and antimony of1.52% are obtained by closed circuit flotation process from raw ore with 0.87% WO3,17.24 g /t Ag and0.052% Sb.The recoveries of silver and antimony are 78.20% and 54.66% in sulfur concentrate,respectively.Some valuable elements in sulfur concentrate can be recovered in the smelting process.
