摘　　要：产业转型升级是促进我国经济发展方式转变的重要战略之一。美国和日本分别作为典型的现代市场经济国家和政府主导型市场经济体制的代表,在其各个经济发展阶段均具有不同的产业政策导向和发展重点,在产业转型升级方面积累了丰富经验,对我国产业转型升级具有一定借鉴意义。Industrial transformation and upgrading is one of the important strategies to promote the China＇seconomic development mode. The United States and Japan respectively as the representative of typical pure market economy and government led market economy have different industrial policy and development priorities in the various stages of economic development, has accumulated rich experience in the industrial transformation and upgrading. Therefore, it brings significant reference to our country.
