摘 要:高效率、高可靠性的通讯对冷连轧过程控制系统至关重要。为此,自主研发了分布式进程通讯系统,采用进程通讯中间件解决进程间通讯问题,同时基于TCP/IP公共协议采用Socket通讯,实现各子系统之间的通讯,并在Windows操作系统环境下成功地搭建了分布式进程通讯网络。该通讯设计能够完成各进程模块的实时通讯、支持分布式部署、保证容错性和健壮性、便于扩展功能的实现,目前已成功应用于1750mm冷连轧过程控制系统中且运行稳定。仿真实验表明,该通讯设计能有效地降低网络的丢包率。实践证明,该系统性能优越、可靠性强且简单易用,完全满足了现场过程控制系统的动态数据交互需求,适合于工业生产实践。High efficiency and high reliability of the communication is very important to process control system of tandem cold rolling. So, a new distributed communication system was developed independently, in which a communication middleware was adopted to solve the communication between processes. Meanwhile, based on the common protocol TCP/IP, the socket communication was used to realize the communication between L2 and these subsystems. Ultimately, a distributed communication network in the Windows Operating System environment was established successfully. The communication module designed can finish real-time communication between processes, support distributable deploy, keep fault tolerance and robustness, and be convenient to extend. At present, it was put into practical production of 1750mm tandem cold rolling, and run stably. Simulation experiments indicate that the communication designed can effectively reduce the packet loss rate of the network. The application results showed that the communication module with superior performance, reliability and greater ease of use, can completely satisfy the requirement of dynamic data exchange for process control system on site, and was suitable for practical production.
