摘  要:非圆齿轮是一种用于实现变传动比的齿轮机构,因其具有独特的几何与运动学特性,故在很多机构中被运用。椭圆齿轮的齿廓是实现传动比函数的载体,也是承受载荷的实体。其齿廓的设计、制造直接影响到机械的使用性能。针对椭圆齿轮的齿廓设计问题,用解析法获得了椭圆齿轮齿廓,其齿廓数据为数控加工和线切割加工提供了加工点;为了验证解析法得到的椭圆齿轮齿廓精度,对比分析了其与折算齿形法绘制的齿廓数据,发现两者齿廓近似相同且有足够的精度,这有益于进一步研究非圆齿轮齿廓。Noncircular gear is a gear mechanism for variable transmission ratio, because of its unique geometric and kinematic features, it has been applied in many institutions. Oval gear tooth profile is to realize the transmission ratio function of the carder, and also the load bearing entity. The design of the tooth profile, and its manufacture directly affect the mechanical performance. The tooth profile of elliptical gear is generated via analysis equation with regard to the generation of the tooth profile of elliptical gear, which will contribute to the CNC manufacturing as well as WEDM; It found that the tooth profile got by the method of analysis equation and conversion method of tooth profile is almost the same that has enough precision by comparison in order to its precision, which will help to study further the tooth profile of non-circular gear.
